Introduction to Netrun

This page will orient the reader with the major concepts and components of Netrun, and provide the roadmap to developing in the ecosystem.

The Netrun platform consists of the following components:

Components of the Netrun platform

1. A pool of modules. Each module is an incentive-based competition marketplace that produces a specific kind of digital asset related to non-fungible systems. It consists of a community of developers who produce the asset, and a community of validators who measure the developers' work to ensure its quality.
2. The Base blockchain serves as a system of record, and integration with Metaplex serves as the standard for participation in module activities.
3. The Netrun SDK, which supports interactions between developers and validators within modules, and allows all parties to interact with the blockchain as necessary.
