Understanding Modules

Modules are the fundamental building blocks of the Netrun ecosystem. Each module is an independent system that focuses on producing specific kinds of programmable non-fungible assets or capabilities.

What is a Module?

A module is an incentive-based competition marketplace that produces a specific kind of digital asset related to non-fungible systems. It consists of:

  • Developers who build and produce the assets
  • Validators who measure the developers' work and ensure quality according to module-specific standards

Module Independence

Each module is its own community, with its own goal, operating according to its own standards. This allows for specialized development and quality assurance tailored to specific use cases.
